Return & Refund

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange a refund for you. We are here to help!

30 DAYS WARRANTY

1. What is your Return Policy

  • Easy return for refund within 30 days after receiving your parcel. (Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days after the delivery date.)
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner and tags intact and the original packaging.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
  • Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Items labeled with the sale or purchased at a discount of 20% or more are sale and therefore not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, if the hygiene seal is missing or torn.
  • Beach accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items purchased with the gift card/ store credit cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Please note $20 handling fee will be deducted for returned orders which was entitled free shipping.

2. How do I make a return?

  • If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or the items don't fit you, please contact us at cs@sunseekerswimwear.com and return within 30 days of delivery. We will reply within 24 hours.
  • Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once the return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. Please note that it would cost you a shipping fee for the return.
  • For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

3. What will the refund method for my return be?

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

4. When will I be refunded?

  • A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority! Please contact our customer service team in email cs@sunseekerswimwear.com for further assistance. We will do our very best to help you and reply to all messages within 24 hours.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Sunseeker stockist or retailer. Items purchased from a Sunseeker stockist/retailer are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy.
  • Note that SUNSEEKER SWIMWEAR is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong before being shipped, please contact us at cs@sunseekerswimwear.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
  • Items can only be refunded in store credit for gift purchase.
